"Didn’t feel secure enough for my stuff"
I was hoping U-Pack would be a solid storage option while I was moving, but I just never felt totally comfortable with it. The security info felt vague, and when I emailed with questions, the replies sounded like they came from a robot instead of an actual person. That didn’t exactly make me feel better about leaving my things there. I’m sure it works fine for some people, but it wasn’t the right fit for me.

The trailer spot they gave us was awkward, and there just wasn’t enough room to load or unload safely. I thought it might be manageable at first, but no, it ended up being a pain. The ramp access didn’t help either, and it made the whole move way harder than we expected.

"Pretty frustrating experience"
My stuff ended up getting there a few days after they said it would, and I was kind of stuck not knowing what was going on. I kept calling for updates, but nobody really gave me a straight answer. It threw off the whole move, and I ended up sleeping on the floor while I waited for my things to show up. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes, I don’t know, but it was really frustrating and I wouldn’t use them again.

"Changing my reservation turned into such a frustrating mess"
I changed my reservation thinking it would be a simple fix, but when I tried to cancel afterward, everything got way more complicated than it needed to be. it put me in such a bad mood because what should’ve been quick turned into a total headache.

"Communication was really poor"
I booked with U-Pack and the hardest part was just not knowing what was going on. I kept waiting for clear updates, but most of the time I had to go digging or call myself to figure things out. The times changed on me and there wasnt much explanation, which was frustrating.
Every time I called, it felt like I got a slightly different answer, so I never really knew what to trust. Moving is stressful enough already, and the lack of communication made it way worse then it needed to be. I wouldnt use them again.

"The quote didn’t match the final price"
At first, the quote seemed totally reasonable, so I figured everything was straightforward. But once the actual price came back, it was way higher than what I was expecting. I kept looking back through the details to see what I’d missed, because I usually try to spot where the numbers change, but it still felt like the original quote didn’t really line up with the final cost. Frustrating and kind of misleading

"Pickup scheduling was a mess"
At first I thought it was going to be a simple pickup, no big deal. Then suddenly it turned into this whole annoying back-and-forth where the time kept changing and I had to keep calling just to get a clear answer. One minute I was trying to be patient, the next I was just fed up. It really felt like nobody knew what was happening. I wouldn’t use them again

"Terminal pickup turned into a bigger hassle than expected"
I used U-Pack with terminal dropoff and pickup, and while the price was decent, the actual pickup process was frustrating. The terminal hours were hard to work around, and when I had questions, the staff acted like I was bothering them. I ended up waiting around both times longer than I expected. Nothing was damaged, which I do appreciate, but the whole thing felt way more stressful than it should have. I even tried to bring up the issue with the staff and later reached out to customer service because it felt like the problem just kept getting brushed off.

I tried reaching out to UPack just to ask about changing my delivery window, and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should have been. The phone system kept bouncing me around, my emails went unanswered, and chat basically just told me to wait. When I finally got someone to respond, they made it seem like I was being annoying for asking. I understand delays can happen, but when all your belongings are with them, a basic update or reply shouldn’t be that hard...

So... I had to file a claim because some of my stuff showed up damaged, the whole process was a headache. It felt like they were just dragging it out and hoping I’d give up. Replies were slow, they kept asking me for the same information, and then the offer they came back with was barely anything. I get that things can happen during a move, but the way they handled the claim was really frustrating and not helpful at all

"Heads up: their space estimate was way off"
Just a warning for anyone using their calculator, don’t rely on it too much. It told me one cube would be enough, but when it came time to load everything, about half my stuff still didn’t fit. I ended up scrambling at the last minute and paying more than I planned. Definitely underestimates the space you’ll need.

"Billing Was Really Frustrating"
I’m really not happy with how the billing went. The price I thought I was agreeing to wasn’t the same as what showed up later, and the extra fees really weren’t clear upfront. I had to keep asking why the total kept changing, which was super frustrating. It felt like charges were added after the fact. Moving is already stressful enough, and this really just made the whole experience worse. I wouldn’t use them again unless they make the pricing way more clear from the start.

Trying to book this was a headache. It took way longer than it should have, and then all that checkout stuff kept getting confusing. I just wanted to finish the booking, but this and that kept slowing me down.

Both items arrived looking rough, like they’d been passed around a bunch before they ever got to me. I was disappointed to open the package and see them already beat up.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. At first I thought maybe I was judging it too soon, or maybe I was mixing up when everything happened, but after thinking back on it, the whole experience still just didn’t feel worth the cost.

I tried booking my move with U-Pack, but the equipment I needed wasn’t available for the dates I was moving. The only real advice I got was basically to look at other options, which was not super helpful. Moving is already stressful enough, so being told there’s nothing available and no real solution was frustrating. Like, make it make sense.

"Am I the only one who had a container dropped in the wrong spot?"
Am I the only one who gives super clear instructions and still ends up with the container placed wherever? I booked UPack and told them exactly where it needed to go, but the driver put it in the wrong spot anyway, blocking part of the driveway and making loading way more annoying than it needed to be.
When I asked about moving it, I was told it couldn’t be done because of “rules,” and support wasn’t much better. I got passed around and no one really solved anything, so I lost basically a whole day trying to work around it. Moving is already stressful enough, and this just made it worse. I wouldn’t use them again...

"Missing Two Boxes"
My order showed up missing two boxes, and when I tried to get it sorted out, it felt like they made it my problem to fix. I had to keep explaining what was missing and follow up instead of them just taking care of it. Frustrating experience overall
